Windows 10: Dell desktop computer running win 11 frozen at Dell Logo at startup

Dell desktop computer running win 11 frozen on logo at startup. Ran hardware and OS diagnostics and no issues. Still freezes at startup. Why?Was running fine. Left on overnight only to findsolid blue screen and frozen in the morning. Tried to restart multiple times. Disconnected all peripherals. Same problem.
