Windows 10: Dell G3 laptop is in a boot loop after scanning and repairing drive

Windows prompted me to restart and repair my drive after issues where found so i did, after a few hours the process was complete and it went to reboot, just one issue, its in a boot loop, i see the dell logo and then "scanning and repairing drive C:" for a few secondd before it loops again. I tried diagnostics in f12 and advanced boot option changes in f2 from that one pc monkey video, i got nothing.

I did a deep scan on my Dell XPS laptop running Windows 10. It performed a restart and now seems to be stuck in a loop and will not boot.

Scanning and repairing drive on every start-up

Recently, I had a start-up error with the "Reboot and select proper Boot device" message. I fixed it by unplugging and then plugging back in my drives, but since then it has been slow with starting up Windows, attempting to scan and repair an unknown drive before the login screen.

I need help to figure out which disk it is referring to and how to get rid of the scan and repair thing on start-up.
