    Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series, fresh factory reset, Defaultuser0


    I can not figure out how to change my local account to an administrator or get rid of defaultuser0. I'm unable to download anything I need to my computer. I have gone into command prompt and followed the tips to add my local user account as an administrator. It confirmed the change, but in the regular operations of the computer that change shows up no where, just the local user account and defaultuser0.     Dell Inspiron 11 - 3000 Series. Start up password to reset.

    Dell Inspiron 11 - 3000 Series. At the first start up registering the device and Windows10 was successful. The Start Up password entered is "incorrect" then onward. No boot or any other CD was supplied with the product. Password reset disk was not created.

    Can you supply the exact model of Inspiron 11?

    For example, Crucial lists some 2.5" SATA SSDs as upgrades to an Inspiron 11 3000 series. https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compa...s-(intel-ddr3)

    Crucail is usually very reliable about that sort of thing.
