    Dell Inspiron 15 5577 can't resume from sleep


    I have updated all my drivers and have tried pretty much everything possible. It seems as if after 3-5 days of using the PC. it just gives up and doesn't want to come back from sleep mode.

    Hello,

    I just got a Dell Inspiron 5577 laptop today which experienced BSOD with Windows 10 version 1709. I have rolled back to an earlier version of Windows 10 but would appreciate any advice you may have. I have attached the DM Log Collector file.

    Dell Inspiron 15 5577 can't resume from sleep

    Windows Mixed Reality error 14-2 when Dell Visor plugged into Inspiron 5577

    I'm getting error 14-2 which reads that I'm using an adapter or extension cable, although I am not using either. It suggests to update my graphics card drivers, which I have done, but the problem persists.
    I'm using a dell visor and and Inspiron 5577. Any help?
