Windows 10: Dell Inspiron 16 7640 2-in-1 keeps getting stuck in tablet mode

My 2-in-1 laptop ocassionally after using for a long period of time in onenote usually does not return back to its normal state on folding the lid back open. It might be something to do with a faulty sensor but it seems to be able to switch between the two modes fine on restarting so it seems something driver related. I have gone through and updated all my Drivers using support assist and Windows update. Maybe there's a particular sensor driver that may be corrupted and can be re-installed manually?Manually switching from tablet mode using registry editor HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr

Hello, how do I activate my keyboard in tablet mode I’m trying to use my Keyboard in tablet mode but every time I try the computer disables the keyboard For reference I am using a Dell Inspiron 14, 2 in 1 with AMD

• Did you tried to turn ON the Tablet mode from Action Center?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if this helps you in turning ON Tablet mode.

There are two options to turn ON the Tablet mode.

Option 1:

• Open Settings, and click/tap on the System icon.
• Click/tap on Table Mode on the left side, and turn on or off
  Enable tablet mode for what you want.

Option 2:

• Click/tap on the Action Center system icon in the taskbar notification area.
  
• At the bottom of the Action Center, click/tap on the Tablet mode button to toggle it
  on (blue) or off (gray) for what you want.
