Windows 10: Dell inspiron 16 plus turning on but not letting me enter in windows 11

Hi, i am an owner of an inspiron 16 plus, it has been working fine, but all of a sudden, while i was turning it on, it turned on as usual, but when i tried to scan my fingerprint, i wouldn't do nothing, i tried many timed, but nothing.Then i tried inserting my pin, but when i selected that acces option, it said: "an error has been detected and your pin isn't available. Clic on riconfigure pin to riconfigure it".Then every 30 seconds or so an error appears on screen saying:" the system has detected a overflow of a buffer based on stack in this applicacion. The overflow could consent a not autor

Dell Inspiron 16 Plus Came with Widows 11, Want Windows 10 Back

When I ordered my Dell Inspiron 16 Plus I could choose some options, but if I chose Windows 10 it wouldn't let me choose other options I wanted. I went with the Windows 11. I don't like it. Do you think those options would fight with Windows 10 if I had it installed? I think they were only storage and speed options. Thank you.

I try to answer as accurate as possible.

The model is Dell Inspiron 16 plus 7630.

I don't have maxxpro and I was told it would not be compatible by dell tech support(but I am not sure if it's true)

I don't see Intel sound driver. Only realtek one, but when I received it, there was Nvidia as well which was disappeared after resetting my laptop.

I don't know if it's related, but I only see the black wallpaper after resetting my laptop. But the scanning system didn't give me any problems.

Dell Inspiron 16 microphone and audio problem

I have recently purchased a dell Inspiron 16 plus and have an issue with microphone and audio since the beginning.

I contacted dell support but nothing helped.

The audio problem is that I hear the distorted sound quite often. It's not constant but I always hear on start up sound as well.

The microphone is not working well. When I test it, it is only 5 to 10 % of performance.

I did uninstall and update the audio drivers. Even reset my PC and update all BIOS and drivers I could find through dell support assist and on Dell's website.

The dell support is a kind of hit and miss and some of them told me to give up on it. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.
