    Dell Inspiron 20 running Windows 10 on LAN, Canon TR8520 will not print, is not recognized. TR8520 does print from MAC Desk top on same LAN

    cannot print emails

    I bought a Canon TR8520 printer today. I have it setup for wireless and can print from the internet but cannot print any emails. I called Canon support and they verified that the printer is connected and we printed a few items but we still could not print
    any emails. I was told to contact Microsoft support for help. Canon feels that the settings for the email need to be changed. Any suggestions ?

    dell inspiron 546

    I have just downloaded Windows 10 to a Dell Inspiron 546 with a Dell 810 All in One printer. The previous OS was Windows 7. I had downloaded Windows 10 because the Windows invitation assured me all was well for the download.

    Having made the download I discover I can not print. The printer is listed in settings. It used to be the default device.

    Can you advise the steps I should take?

    Dell Inspiron 20 - Canon TR8520 will not print

    "printer not activated - error code 20, on my BRAND new Dell Inspiron 5755

    I, too, am having problems with the "printer not activated - error code 20, on my BRAND new (10 days) Dell Inspiron 5755 , AMD A8, with factory installed Windows 10. I can print word , Excel, TTax, and Quicken documents fine. I cannot from print my Emails
    or webpage. I believe that a windows update was done soon after my first use. I can save an Email attachment and print that. Any suggestions?
