    Hello everyone!

    I have been doing resets and reinstall for a couple years.

    The Dell would not boot into Windows. I did the f12 and esc. All leading to a error message.

    The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed, To install Windows click 'OK' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

    I have used both the current ISO file and the Dell Recovery with a USB .

    I greatly appreciate any assistance.

    It's unfortunate that you are facing issues even after upgrading to Windows 10.
