Windows 10: Dell Inspiron 3910 bios setup freezes...cannot boot pc or safe mode or boot from usb tp...

I have a system that is unresponsive. It is stuck in a boot loop that never loads os. I have tried safe mode with shift key, F11 hold down, f10 for boot options, usb boot with windows boot mgr. When I open bio setup, within 5 seconds it locks up

There's a possibility that your PC was infected by a virus or it was caused by a corrupted system file. Booting in safe mode when you can't sign in depends on the device's brand. Since you're using Dell, we suggest that you contact Dell support directly
to have further assistance on how to boot the PC in safe mode when you can't get to sign in screen. Once you're able to login, have a full scan of your PC then try updating the USB drivers and see if it helps.

Problem booting in safe mode

Here are some steps you can try to boot your Dell laptop into Safe Mode:

Boot from Windows 10 installation media: If you have Windows 10 installation media (such as a USB drive), insert it into your laptop and restart the laptop. Press the key to enter the boot menu and select the USB drive to boot from. From the Windows setup screen, select "Repair your computer" and then "Troubleshoot."

Use System Configuration: If you can log in to Windows, open the Start menu and type "msconfig" in the search bar. Press Enter to open the System Configuration tool. Go to the Boot tab and select "Safe boot." Restart your laptop.

Use Advanced Startup Options: If you can't log in to Windows, restart your laptop and continuously press the F8 key until the Advanced Startup Options screen appears. Select "Safe Mode" and press Enter.

If you are able to boot into Safe Mode, you should be able to access your data and copy it to another device.

As for the issue with the administrator account, you may need to reset the password for the administrator account or create a new administrator account in order to access your data. You can reset the password using the Windows 10 installation media or by using a password reset tool.

Windows 7 on a laptop freezes after boot (in safe mode even during boot)

Weird screen distortions, failed boots, booting and shortly shutting down.

Possible heat issues ( internal fan not working / clogged up internals and vent ports with dust ) and possible Memory Issues.

Can you Boot into the BIOS and will the BIOS Screen stay open for a indefinite period without shutting down ???
