Windows 10: Dell Inspiron 5490 AIO - touch screen no longer working

Dell Inspiron 17 Touch Screen not working

I have a Dell Inspiron 17 running Windows 10 version 1903 and my touch screen stopped working. Any suggestions I can try to get it back up and working?

 

Second touch screen not working as intended

So, I just bought a Dell Inspiron 24 5410 All-In-One computer with a built-in touchscreen, running Windows 11. I tried to connect my Planar PCT2235 to use as a secondary touch screen to control lights with ETC EOS Nomad. The display itself works perfectly. I have used this same setup on my Toshiba Satellite touchscreen laptop running Windows 10 with no issue.

But now on my Dell AIO the PCT2235 touch screen is acting weird. When I try to touch the PCT2235 anywhere on its screen, the touch only registers on the Dell AIO like I am touching the Dell AIO touchscreen.

There are no drivers for this monitor from Planar as it is supposed to be a plug-and-play monitor.

Dell support was no help as they suggested that I reach out to Planar Support.

I am awaiting Planar Support currently as I reach out to them.

What are my options?

 

Touch Screen - Dell Inspiron 7370

Sometimes, touch screen won't work in my laptop. Model is Dell Inspiron 7370.
