Windows 10: Dell Inspiron 5570 - Windows Hello fingerprint: Something went wrong. Try again later.

Hello,I have a Dell Inspiron 5570 service tag: 63PQ042. After a fresh W11 Pro install, the windows hello fingerprint is not working.It recognizes the hardware, it just says Something went wrong...I have tried installing 3 different Goodix driver version older too, all from official Dell page.This is the event error I getevice USB\VID_27C6&PID_5301&MI_00\6&23cb0910&0&0000 had a problem starting. Driver Name: oem51.inf Class Guid: {53d29ef7-377c-4d14-864b-eb3a85769359} Service: WUDFRd Lower Filters: WinUsb Upper Filters: Problem: 0x0 Problem Status: 0xC00000E5Any ideas?

Windows Hello not available on Dell Inspiron 5570??

Hello,

It says in "Settings" that Windows Hello is not available on my new laptop which is a Dell Inspiron 5570.

However, the laptop does have a special button for digital fingerprint scanning, and the guy in the shop said I should be able to set up my digital fingerprint easily. I don't understand why it doesn't work now.

How do I activate this option?

port 2.0 is not working in dell inspiron 5570

Port 2.0 and type c port is not working in my laptop dell inspiron 5570 ,and its with windows10 8th generation i7 processor .can any one suggest me solution to repair my 2.0 port
