Windows 10: Dell Inspiron 560s app opening and closing again

I have a Dell Inspiron 560s that has a problem where Windows apps including Photos, Films & TV, Calendar, and Calculator open and then immediately close again. I have tried every troubleshooting step I can find on the internet and now resorted to formatting and reinstalling Windows 10 version 22H2 from a USB drive. However, the problem still persists. I have also tested the RAM and SSD. This leads me to believe that this must be compatibility problem with this model and a recent Windows or driver update. Can someone from please let me know what the problem is so I can find a fix. I sho

Word Starter wont run since win 10 ver. 1511 was installed (11/14/15) on Dell Inspiron 560. This program came with the computer. Is this a windows problem or a problem with the Dell version. New Word programs were installed with that update that prevent
the "click to start" from working

I have Windows 10 on my Dell Inspiron 560 Desktop. It works fine, except I cannot use either of my printers. I have done numerous work arounds and tests, but nothing has helped. I have reloaded both printer software and drivers, but to no avail. I
get inconsistent error messages when I hit the print button...printer queue full is the most prevalent. Looking and working around this error shows nothing to be done! In desperation, I have ordered a new printer, but I'm wondering if my computer is too
old (about 10 years!).
