Windows 10: Dell Inspiron Motherboard Replaced and Now Looking for a Recovery Key

The Motherboard in my Dell Computer was replaced. Now, it's asking for a Recovery Key. My IT never established a Recovery Key and I cannot get to the Windows > Settings> Control.


Help???

Motherboard replacement/upgrade on a Dell Inspiron 13 (5368/5378)

My Dell Inspiron 13-5368 (Core i3-6100U) died - motherboard failure. So, I decided to buy a new motherboard with a slight upgrade to a 5378 (Core i5-7200U). Through my research, this should have been no problem. It worked, the laptop posted, but blue-screened
a few seconds after I entered my MS password to get to the desktop. I have replaced plenty of desktop motherboards with the understanding that I might have to call Microsoft to reaffirm my key code, but this wasn't the case on this laptop. I have rebooted
several times but the same error code (0x8009002d) and
Stop Code: (Memory_Management) keeps coming up. I did research and found a lot of solutions for this type of stop code, but in my case, the laptop crashes within a few seconds of reaching the desktop. So, I decided
to wipe the drive with a clean install of Windows 10 (Home) from a USB drive. It was a risk I know, but I tried anyway and failed. The 'Memory_Management' error occurred at the 'downloading files' stage, after the drive was reformated. And now I fear I bricked
everything.

I am opened to any and all suggestions, and thanks in advance.

Bitlocker recovery key /way out to get recovery's key

I have dell inspiron, i had replaced Motherboard with new one, but after replaced, window started asking for bitlocker recovery key , i havnot set bitlocker im my device.

I have tried Microsoft account, key is not there, Is there any way to get this or i have some important data in hard drive.

Upgrade Dell Inspiron 1545 to Win 10 fails

Service tag number isn't required to find the Dell listing and BIOS. Using the service tag number returns a list of available drivers based on the configuration as sold. As this was Vista, using the service tag number will bring up Vista compatible drivers.

The latest BIOS, A14, is dated 2012. Check your BIOS version before installing this as it may already be installed. A caution, older Dell's such as this model, do not have a BIOS recovery if it goes wrong and corrupts the BIOS the only option is to replace the motherboard. FWIW, Dell only supports (has drivers) for XP, Vista and Win 7 for this model. If you can get it to install Win 10, no guarantee that all the hardware is compatible and/or drivers available.
