Windows 10: Dell Insprion 15 5558 touchscreen lost

After Windows upgrade with 1903 the system thinks my touchscreen needs to be attached to a USB port.

The touchscreen worked for a year after purchase. Research shows a history of people having this problem but

there is no current correcting information that helps.

I have updated the firmware. The Screen shows as a hidden device in HID but is not hooked into a USB port. Code 45.

Please help.

I have a Dell Inspiron 5558 Windows 10 Signature Edition that I bought from the Microsoft Store. I bought this for Black Friday 2015, now I know I'm posting this a little late and thats because i was searching for answers on the Internet.... Anyways THE
TOUCHSCREEN of this laptop isnt working. I have gone into Device Manager but there is NOT a tab for touch, touchscreen. in settings it says nothing abot touchscreen only the keyboard and touchpad. I have tried troubleshooting that also doesnt work. Basically
I have tried all the obvious options. Please tell me a way i can fix this. and Dell also doesnt have any touchscreen drivers on their website. I am sure this laptop is touchscreen because the touch was working until June 2016, and it also says HD Touchscreen
on the box...

Dell Insprion 15 3000 series is working very slow. Applied all solutions but no luck. Also camera is not working after updates.
