Windows 10: Dell Laptop stuck on 64% installing update, flashes for a second and reboots looping over...

I have a Dell laptop over a year old, it is stuck on 64% installing update, shows for half a second then reboots I took a video to see what it said far too quick. I have tried the boot disks, dell os support etc and none of them can see the raid configured drives so none of the fixes will work.The built in Dell OS support just says loading forever when tried so no use, downloaded a copy on a stick it just crashes when booted and non of the usual tools I have tried do anything.The hardware is all reporting fine so just this software.Any Ideas how to get it to see the Raid drives and try and f

As the title says, my nephews PC is stuck in the Reboot "failed to configure updates" loop. Safe mode DOESNT help, it just keeps looping. anyone have a Solution for this?

Stuck in Reboot loop after power cut

Hi,

We understand your concern and appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

Before we proceed, I would like you to state which troubleshooting steps have you performed bedsides the mentioned to fix the issue.

As per the description, I suspect that you might be stuck in a reboot loop. I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if it helps

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Reboot Loop

My Windows 10 PC got stuck in "automatic repair not working" and after trying a few things, i ended up resetting, trying to "keep my files." The reset appeared to go through, then at about 64% into the reinstall, it said "undoing changes" and jumped to
BSoD. Now it is stuck in a restart loop. For awhile it would flash briefly (split second) to the Windows install screen before rebooting again, but i turned the computer off for a little while and now it just continuously reboots. Any insight? Thanks
