  1. Dell laptop USBdevice to repair recovery?

I have a blue screen on my Dell Pavillion laptop with the headline RECOVERY Your PV/

device needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected orcan't be accessed.

    Error code: Oxc000000f

you'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media like a disc or USB device contact you PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

Tell me how to go about getting this done.

    :)

Recovery. Your pc or device needs to be repaired

    Hi,

To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

    • Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
    • Select Troubleshoot
    • Choose Advanced option
    • Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
    • Once done, your system will restart.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Dell Backup and Recovery Manager does not recognize my Dell

After the upgrade to Win 10 Pro from Win 7 Pro, my Dell Backup and Recovery Manager gives me an error message basically saying it does not recognize my Dell [e5420 laptop]. Dell support suggested I contact Microsoft support as this new problem is due to the Win 10 upgrade. MS support suggested getting a product upgrade from Dell (I have the latest version!)

Anyone know what is going on? I reinstalled Dell System Detect, which appears to work fine, but still the Backup and Recovery Manager does not see a Dell product.

    Thanks,

    Peter
