  1. Dell Laptop Windows 10 UEFI Secure boot showing no bootable drive

Hi, I have a dell latitude E5440 with an i7-4600u processor and 8GB ram running windows 10. I am trying to set it to UEFI boot from the bios, as I want secure boot, but when I change it UEFI and turn on secure boot in the bios, it tells me that there is no bootable drive/device, whereas when it's on legacy, it boots up correctly. I want it to boot with UEFI and not legacy, please help.

    :)

  2. Windows 8 Secure Boot Feature: Not So Secure?

So Linux is switching to secure boot also? Or they have to because of UEFI?

Windows 8 Secure Boot Feature: Not So Secure?

Here is a statement from a Kernal Developer at Red Hat:

I'm not sure this exploits the legacy BIOS but rather it exploits the legacy boot method on MBR drives, injecting a signed key before the OS boots, which you are correct in that it has nothing to do with Windows 8. And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.

    Multi-bootable USB

Hey guys from TPU, couldn't find any specific thread pertaining to the question asked on title. As mentioned, I'm trying to create a bootable USB, but with many specifics boots available.

I've been trying to create one with multiple boot device including one that enables me to run Windows 10 directly on the USB Thumb Drive but to no avail.

The list of bootable images i'm trying to create are

    1. Windows 10 (A full OS running from thumb drive)
    2. Windows 10 ISO (Bootable disk image for fresh install)
    3. MemTest86+

Have tried YUMI or UUI from the website USB PenDrive Linux but as this is my first time, i don't know how am i screwing up or am doing it right.. Anyone got a rough idea on a step by step guide? Thanks!
