Windows 10: Dell Latitude 7390 2in1 screen turns off while using dell pen PN557W

I recently got this dell pen and I LOVE using it, but every time after 5-10 minutes of use the screen shuts off but the computer is still running. The only way i can get the screen to work again is to shut off the computer by holding the power button.

The System is up to date. I heard that the computer may be over heating but it did not seem or feel hot when it shut down. This happens only when I use the Pen.

I have tried different dell pens but to no avail.

I've got a Dell Latitude 2100 with a damaged dysplay screen, and want to replace it.

Do i have to get a screen from same kind of laptop, or are there screens from other 10.1 inch laptops screens that match this model of Dell?

Or just look up a non-working Latitude 2100 for donor parts. I've only looked at US search results on ebay, but you can get a working 2100 without HDD for $25-$30.

 

Pair two pens with the same Latitude 5175

We use Microsoft One Note in the Latitude 5175 when visiting clients to take notes and facilitate explanations to them. Problem is that many times, we and the client must work on those notes together. To facilitate control who wrote what, we are thinking of using two pens. One of the pens would have, say, blue colour and the other black colour. In this way we and the client take notes at the same time into the same OneNote page, facilitating the creativity process in our joint work. We have to pen models: Dell PN556W and the other is Dell PN557W.

Question: is there a way to connect the two pens to the same notebook?
