Windows 10: Dell Latitude E4310 Windows 10 Internet Continues to Drop Out

Dell Latitude E4310 with Comcast internet & win 10 was working fine until a recent Win 10 update.

Now the internet continues to drop out.

I have to repeatedly disconnect and then reconnect the internet on the laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.

I started with a fully functional Dell Latitude E4310 (circa 2011) with Windows 7 pro. Microsoft get windows 10 app came up all green for upgrading to Windows 10. Upgraded, and the laptop became very slow. It's basically become unusable. Before you ask -
it has 8Gb RAM.

Investigation (too little too late):

I'm missing one driver after upgrading.

Device type: Other devices

Manufacturer: Unknown

Location: on PCI Express Root Complex

No idea what this device might be or if it's related to my performance issues. Should have made a list before upgrading.

Now (again, too little too late), I check Dell's website - for drivers. They have no plans to support Latitude E4310 with Windows 10.

So. Other than _running_ back to Windows 7 as fast as I can, does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello, i am running windows 10 and have a Dell Latitude E4310. I need to delete and reinstall the display adapter. I don't know what adapter i use and all the device manager says is: " Intel(R) HD Graphics ". Please tell me if you know what is the right
one to download and where from.

My Dell Latitude E4310 shows "Unknown Device", and it was by trial and error that we found it was for "ST Microelectronics Free Fall Data Protection":-

Need to remember to uninstall the previous Win7 version of the same driver.
