Windows 10: dell optiplex aio 7410 blue screen error

So i have a dell optiplex aio 7410 and it was showing blue screens on boot so i reseted the bios and now i cannot boot into windows every time the blue screen appears as soon as the windows logo appears and eveytime its a new code. I also have ubuntu installed in other partion after bios reset it also freeze and also not opening

You All-In-One is similar to a laptop with no dedicated video card. Your display adapter would be your Intel processor, not a dedicated Nvidia video card. You have not provided enough information to determine whether this is a hardware fault, a driver fault, or a DirectX or other OS issue. You might consider a USB-based monitor or USB docking station with a monitor to attempt to get a viewable screen while in Windows. This may give you more control or might be a usable permanent hardware workaround if you are unable to resolve the issue. Since you can get in through TeamViewer, I suggest you install the following updates to see if anything changes:

1. Dell Optiplex 9020 AIO BIOS update [dell.com]

2. Dell Optiplex 9020 AIO Intel 4xxx series display drivers [dell.com]

If your monitor works outside of Windows (proves the monitor itself is not dead), you might also consider resetting your BIOS settings to factory default. This may or may not occur with a BIOS update.

 

Help, I can't extend the monitor screen connected to Dell Optiplex mini tower to my HP AIO computer...

I work from home and have a HP AIO computer, and was provided an Dell Optiplex mini tower for work. I have a VGA to HDMI adapter connecting a single monitor(HDMI1 port) to the Optiplex tower(VGA port), and the HP AIO (HDMI port) is connected to the monitor (HDMI2 port). Only the HP AIO screen will extend to the monitor, which can only be seen by switching the monitor source from HDMI1 to HDMI2. I need the monitor (HDMI1) screen to extend to the HP AIO, as it displays the workspace desktop from the Dell Optiplex tower. I tried connecting the HP AIO to the tower just as I have the monitor, but a keyboard error displays upon computer startup. I assume this is because the keyboard and mouse are required to be connected to the tower directly, instead of the computer. What can I do to fix the keyboard error, or extend the monitor screen to the HP computer???

Unfortunately, a monitor won't work as we use these systems for security, this one is located in a different part of the country to our office so we can only work remotely on it.

I have already performed a BIOS update and tried to install the graphics driver from the Dell site but I receive a notification that the system doesn't meet the requirements.

I can't think what else is causing this?
