    Dell OptiPlex SFF Plus 7010


    We have a widespread BSOD issue with 25% of our deployed Dell OptiPlex SFF Plus 7010 machines. We’ve found that turning off “Intel Turbo Boost Technology” in BIOS is a workaround and will prevent the Crash. Latest BIOS 1.10 released Dec2023 does not resolve issue. All drivers up to date. Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool passes all tests. All Dell Diagnostics pass. Minidmp seems to point to csagent.sys CrowdStrike, but we use it company wide without issue except these batch of machines. This does not happen on the other 75% of the 7010’s from the same SKU, but we are seeing a mix of differ

    i tried to fix 3 PCs of Dell Optiplex 7010 of the same problem power turn on and off and still not working. Any help please.
