Windows 10: "Dell OS Recovery Tool" - won't stop and can't de-install it

Discus and support "Dell OS Recovery Tool" - won't stop and can't de-install it in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Downloaded the Recovery Tool, and began to use it, to create a SAN-disk thumb-drive with software for future Recovery of Windows 10, if needed....     "Dell OS Recovery Tool" - won't stop and can't de-install it


    Downloaded the Recovery Tool, and began to use it, to create a SAN-disk thumb-drive with software for future Recovery of Windows 10, if needed.


    Instructions were unclear. So I stopped all action with the Recovery Tool I thought.


    And I successfully did the urgent download of the Bios, and did the re-start as required.


    When the Re-start was complete, the desktop has an icon "Dell OS Recovery Tool". The hourglass is still running, now 30 minutes since the Re-start.

    So I can't stop the this process. Can't see it in the Task Manager.


    Please can someone send me info on how to stop this process, and then de-install it ?

    Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

    Making backup and re-format...

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

    Skype won´t wok in 17063

    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
