This what my all other Dells have, but I do believe that this mini pc is different. It's bios is crippled. It only comes with 32gb ssd and 2 gb of ram. That 32gb ssd has 17gb free with windows 10 installed. I finally got my enclosure and I'm going to try to clone that 32gb ssd into a new one just for testing. I do want to point it out that un-compact version of windows 10 is running faster on this mini pc. Right now I have windows 10 installed in legacy mbr. I would be ok with it.

I got this pc for $80 on BF and added 8 gb dim and 128gb M600 ssd for $70. It is a perfect kodi pc. I'm not complaining at all.

I can believe that... Takes up a little more disk space, but does not have to expand compressed files before use (slower)..

Dell pc, windows recovery image and restore issues

Sorry to bring this thread back, but I'm kind of loosing it. I bought an enclosure for M.2 to make it 2.5" drive. The mini pc has ability to add a separate 2.5" drive. So I installed the original ssd into enclosure and new ssd in M.2 slot. Changed the setting to UEFI and boot into original ssd. Installed Macrium Reflect Free on original ssd and cloned it into new ssd. Cloning was done successfully. Disconnected 2.5" drive/enclosure. Tried to boot from new ssd and got stuck on Dell's logo again.

Also tried using Macrium Reflect Free in Kyhi's Windows 10 Recovery Tools. Used diskpart to clean new ssd, but I'm still getting stuck on Dell's logo on boot.

Is it possible that Dell hardcoded the side or guid of original ssd?

go into Rescue Media,, assign drive letters to internal SSD
    and post pic of contents...

I will do it a little bit later. You want me to assign letter to every partition?

I'm also wondering if this could be the issue with new ssd firmware not compatible with UEFI. New ssd is a Micron M600(Crucial). It's not the newest ssd.

UEFI should not be an issue with SSD.. UEFI is a BIOS Setting...

Have you tried to run the Windows 10 Setup Media??

Yes, I tried both ways. With windows 10 media created with MS USB tool and another with Rufus as well as Dell's Windows recovery media.
