    For some reason, Dell Peripheral Manager will not recognize my Dell Pro Webcam WB5023. The last time it was working properly with my device was earlier this year in January/February.I am on the latest version of Dell Peripheral Manager, 1.7.4 and am on a Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 GA401IV laptop with Windows 11 23H2.I've tried running all the Windows Updates I possibly could, as well as using a different USB port and uninstalling/reinstalling the Dell Pro Webcam WB5023 driver from Device Manager.The camera is working in the Windows Camera program and other programs, such as Streamlabs Desktop, but

    Dell Backup and Recovery Manager does not recognize my Dell


    After the upgrade to Win 10 Pro from Win 7 Pro, my Dell Backup and Recovery Manager gives me an error message basically saying it does not recognize my Dell [e5420 laptop]. Dell support suggested I contact Microsoft support as this new problem is due to the Win 10 upgrade. MS support suggested getting a product upgrade from Dell (I have the latest version!)

    Anyone know what is going on? I reinstalled Dell System Detect, which appears to work fine, but still the Backup and Recovery Manager does not see a Dell product.

    Hi,

    If the webcam is not recognized even after trying the above steps, then I suggest you to contact the manufacturer support website for a
    driver software compatible with Windows 10 for the Webcam as I couldn’t find any driver software compatible with Windows 10 for the Webcam.
