Windows 10: Dell Service Wiped Harddrive - Account Gone

A little while ago, my computer was broken in the sense that I could not even turn it on because my charger port was broken. I sent it in to Dell Support and they proceeded to wipe my entire harddrive, leaving me with absolutely nothing on my computer. Thanks! Deserved ire aside, the account I am currently logged onto is a gmail address and not my old account. I was wondering if there was any way at all to get my old account back or any way to fix this, even though I'm not confident there is.


Also, I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum. I am bit stressed by this situation.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Best gaming harddrive Sugestion ???

Seagate states on their 750gb,32mb cache harddrive that the best application is video surveillance.(liquor stores,how very sad and completly overpriced for the amount of problems they have).Yet Passmark lists this near the top of their harddrive page.Any one have a suggestion for something that will last.(maybe samsung???)
Also I was considering a Raidmax hybrid 2 sli 630w powersupply.Any thoughts on Raidmax??

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
