I bought on eBay Dell Venue Pro
boot appeared the following:

this sim card only be used on specific networks contact yourcustomer service center for the unlock code.

How can I do that to God
to help solve. Look forward to your reply

No major dings, scratches, defects visible and has been well cared for since purchase. It's been an excellent machine for browsing and media away from the office with great battery life.
