Windows 10: Dell Vostro, w/ Windows 10 upgrade. No camera in Device Manager?

I have a Dell Vostro 3700 that has Windows 10 on it whoops.... I cannot access the web camera. I cannot see it in the device manager, show hidden devices section. What is the OEM camera and a link for a driver? Will that work to be able to access and utilize the camera and the microphone?

Step 1 there is no camera switch or button

Step 2 There are no Dell Vostro driver for Camera (see my previous reply)

Step 3 There is no camera showing in device manager !

Step 4 No other camera option

Step 5 Privacy settings all open for camera use

Step 6 Input code to windows powershell not working

So all steps have been attempted twice and still no camera even showing !

Dell Vostro Built in Camera does not show up in Device Manager. How do I fix?

As the title question says, I have a Dell Vostro 7620 Laptop with a built-in camera. However, the camera does not show up in Device Manager. Every single troubleshoot I see all has to do with finding the camera in Device manager and updating the driver however that is literally impossible. "I've tried scanning for hardware changes", I've tried updating the laptop itself, I've tried searching for updates and drivers in the Dell Update app and Support Assist App. I have also tried going into the BIOS to make sure the camera was enabled and sure enough it was. It literally makes no sense. How can the built-in camera just completely disappear from the device?

Anybody else have any suggestions?
