Windows 10: dell windows 10 not working, stop code:0xc000021a looped

A year or two ago, i downloaded somewhat virus and removed it but later on while playing t-launcher mc java, the graphics card said outdated so i tried fixing but stuff started glitching. I decided to use image recovery once or several times to fix this and added some upds but while i woke up, i was welcomed with a blue screen and a 0xc000021a and a loop of it.Now in 2024, i started fixing it but most videos wouldn't work. I made a windows 10 bootable usb with chrome recovery utility and i was finally shown a sign with bios boot list options USB. But i clicked on it and it just closed the da

Stuck in a loop 0xc000021a

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post so please move if necessary. I am unable to install V2 log collector as requested in bsod posting instructions. We had a bsod with stop code: 0xc000021a I tried various options in Windows Recovery. Each option bringing up the same bsod. I attempted the reinstall windows from disc option in windows recovery and am now stuck in a loop on the Your device ran into a problem error collecting screen an restarting. I am also unable to boot from usb as secure boot is greyed out in the uefi bios. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.
