Windows 10: Dell Wireless Keyboard WK118 not working post update to Windows 11 21H2

HelloI have Dell Wk118 wireless mouse and keyboard which was connecting using dongle prior to Windows 11 Cumulative Update for 21H2.After update, mouse still connects fine but keyboard is no longer working. I can see the HID Compliant Keyboard under device manager, but it's not working i.e. keys are not functioning.I've tried sfc /scannow, it doesn't reports any violations.I've validated that keyboard is working on my another Surface laptop. On Surface as well, once I installed cumulative update, keyboard stopped working.Any pointers?sfc results:Beginning system scan. This process will take s

To isolate the issue with the wireless keyboard and the screen, please provide us with the following information:

• What error message do you see when you try to connect and use your wireless Dell keyboard?
• Have you installed the latest driver for your keyboard? You can get it from Dell's
  website or customer support team.
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far for both the keyboard and screen issues?

I suggest you to connect the keyboard to a different computer and check if it works.

Apart from wireless keyboard, I would also suggest you to connect wired keyboard to the computer and check the status.

If issue still persists, try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Check in compatibility mode.

Download the keyboard drivers from your computer manufacture website for Windows 10.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

• Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
• Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed
  with the installation.
• Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

Windows 11 compatible but not even offered 21H2??

I have an HP desktop PC and a DELL laptop and both are suitable for Windows 11 although it has not been offered as yet. Both machines have received the latest Windows updates and are on Windows 10 version 21H1 build 1288.

1. I am not interested in upgrading to Windows 11 but, if the machines are suitable for Windows 11, why aren’t my machines being offered the upgrade to version 21H2?
2. Are there issues with 21H2 that caused Microsoft to put an upgrade block on it?
3. I am happy with version 21H1 and I assume I will not be offered the upgrade to Windows 11 until version 21H2 is installed. Am I right in this assumption?
