Windows 10: Dell XE4 MDT image cannot be deployed to Dell XE4 PC, but is good for Dell XE3 PC, through...

We created a XE4 MDT image with MDT8456 tool. Its wim file was generated by sysprep from this XE4 PC. Its OS is Win 10 IoT enterprise LTSC 21H2. This MDT image is good for Dell XE3 PC, but cannot be deployed to Dell XE4 PC, which is very strange see attached two picturesWhen creating this XE4 MDT image in ISO file format Offline version, it can be deployed successfully to Dell XE4 PCWe would like to deploy this XE4 MED image through PXE WDS server. Please help us to solve our current issues.

Restoring Win10 backup Image from Dell to other PC

• although I made an image of the full Dell disk -- with all partitions -- can I restore just the OS C: partition of the Dell PC to replace the OS partition of the new Lenovo laptop? I have already booted up the Lenovo and set it up with a temporary User account.
• Will I experience any boot issues? I ask because there are several partitions on the Dell image some of which I believe are unique to Dell -- such as Dell Recovery -- that shouldn't be restored.
• will the Lenovo PC activate Windows 10 using its OEM bios key or would I run into activation issues?

Dell PC will not boot to Dell Screen

Beeps on startup or shutdown generally indicate a hardware error of some sort.

A flashing orange power button indicates a possible fault in the motherboard.

Usually, when a computer unexpectedly shuts down by itself, that indicates an overtemperature condition, but it seems unlikely that things would heat up to that extent in only 3 minutes unless there's a more serious hardware problem.
