Windows 10: Dell xps 13 9310 Windows 11, version 24H2 install error - 0xc1900201

Hello,I've scoured the forums and tried to use DISM, SFC, Troubleshooter, and other tools to get the Windows 11, version 24H2 installed based on the 0xc1900201 error code. Windows has done a PC check and shows I should be able to update, but run into an error at 10% everytime. It says a partition issue, but diskmgmt.exe is showing everything 65% free on C:, and 100% on my other 2 disks. Any suggestions and or help?Best,Kyle

Dell XPS 13 9310, Killer AX500-DBS

I have a Dell XPS 13 9310 with a Killer AX500-DBS Network Adapter. At some point a few weeks ago the adapter became disabled. One minute it worked fine and was connected to my home router, the next it was disabled.

I've performed every test or procedure I can find, have read every forum describing the same or similar issue as mine, and had multiple techs at Microsoft check drivers, settings, etc. Intel is currently checking the issue to see if there is a fix.

To sum it up, the wifi adapter is unable to connect in Windows, the toggle in every module is nonfunctional. (You click on Turn on WiFi and it flips back off immediately.) Bluetooth works.

The laptop has been reset to a factory OS Windows 10 install, and upgraded with a fresh Windows 11 install. All drivers for the adapter have been updated. Network Reset has been performed. BIOS and Chipset have been updated.

Dell has a remote BIOS Flash function that will allow the adapter to enable, function, and connect to my router to check for an update. Anything other than that and the adapter doesn't enable.

As far as I can tell, the adapter is physically functional, (it says so even in device manager), but there is something keeping Windows from accessing it. Some of the errors say to use a Fn or a physical switch to turn on the adapter but neither are available on my make and model.

Any ideas?

According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.
