Windows 10: Dell XPS 15 9500 does not turn on consistently.

For context, I bought this laptop XPS 15 9500 in October 2020, and it worked fine until the problems I am experiencing started 2-3 months ago. The reason I am asking here is because I have already taken it to repair shops multiple times, but they told me that they could not find any issues.When turning on the laptop before, I used to just open the screen and it would bring me to the lock screen where I enter the password, after which it would open to whatever task I was doing before, and would not close any windows.Now, when I open the laptop, it sometimes opens right up, but other times, th

Dell XPS 9500 Settings

Hello...I have a brand new Dell XPS 15 9500 with both Intel and Nvidia graphics. Except when I open Nvidia Control Panel and click the image settings I see 0 activity from the discrete Nvidia card (1650Ti). Even then it moves 1 - 2%. Is this normal behavior or should I see more of a balance between the on-processor (Intel UHD) and Nvidia graphics? I assume if I changed from Auto to high performance discrete in Nvidia Control panel that might work...but probably kill battery, correct?

Method 2: Update the touchscreen drivers manually from the Device manager by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

1.Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select
Device manager from the context menu.

2.Expand Human Interface Device option, right click on the touchscreen driver and select Update this software from the context menu.

3.Follow the on-screen instructions.
