Windows 10: Dell XPS 15 9550 Crash Blue Screen Almost daily

My DELL XPS 15 9550 laptop was bought in mid of 2016. The specs are as belowProcessor IntelR CoreTM i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 Mhz, 4 Cores, 8 Logical Processors System Model XPS 15 9550 OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 Installed Physical Memory RAM 32.0 GB Modified from 16GBBattery Replaced.The laptop has been crashing recently with a frequency of almost once every 2 days sometimes. I have upgraded all the softwares and firmwares to be knowledge. I do system resets occaionally. I have a dual boot with ubuntu where ubuntu works perfectly fine. So i

Dell XPS 15 9550 Keeps Crashing

I just bought this dell xps 15 9550 second hand about a week ago and it seems to crash each time i use it for over a couple of hours, blue screen saying your pc ran into a problem, 0% and then restarts immediately with no major issues. Initially thought
it was because it was second hand but upon checking other peoples experiences, it would seem that it happens to alot of users of this laptop.

I have seen no correlation between what i am doing or running and the crashing, just seems to happen after a few hours use no matter what i'm doing. When looking a other peoples experiences i have to say i dont understand all the talk about drivers so please
try to keep it simple!

Really would like to Fix this before i start using it for a project for my school exams in a few weeks, any help much appreciated.

Our dell is unreachable due to weekend, thus i still yet to get in touch with them. I have no problem with the hardware but system crashed and blue screen appear. thereafter i decided to go for resetting my PC. I think under the "view your PC name", there
is a section that show your laptop/PC model number. After the resetting, i realized that the model is not correct and XPS 8700 is a desktop version, while mine is laptop, which the model is XPS 15 9550.
