Windows 10: Dell XPS 8920 WITH AN INTEL CORE i7-7700 cpu. listed as supported but failed test.

I have a Dell XPS 8920 WITH AN INTEL CORE i7-7700 cpu. I meet all other win 11 requirements except for my cpu. The list of supported cpu's includes my cpu. How can this be? Am I being forced to but another computer or newer cpu? This is from the pc health app.

I am currently running Windows 10 Pro (Version 21H1) on my Alienware Aurora R6 Desktop PC. When I run the compatibility test, the PC meets all the requirements, except the processor (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz[Cores 4] [Logical processors 8]). The test indicates this process doesn't meet the requirements, yet this processor is listed on the approved list.

Intel Core i7-7500 CPU Not Supported For Windows 11

I have a Dell XPS 8920 with the i7-7700 CPU and it didn't meet the requirement. I bought a new Dell XPS 8940

with an i9-11900 CPU and Windows 11 already installed to replace the XPS 8920.

 

i7-7700 CPU with 3.60 GHZ not supported??

I have i7-7700 CPU with 3.60 GHZ. PC Health Check app checks all the requirements as compatible, but fails with CPU not supported. Is this CPU number a miss from the list? I see many other i7 (7800X, 8700, 9700) as supported. Wondering why 7700 is left out from the list.
