    Dell XPS 8940 Streaming Problems


    At some point in the last 6 months or so, this platform has developed a problem with streaming. It happens both when streaming video and audio, though it happens much more frequently when streaming video. The video/audio stream will start to stutter, then freeze, then recover. I'm running Windows 11 Pro build 23H2, but it had the same problem when I was at 22H2. I've looked at driver updates and all the usual things but no solution. It's made the platform virtually useless for streaming. I used my laptop to connect to the same wired internet connection as the desktop and the laptop streams fin

    My Dell XP 8940 keeps flickering and shimmering, Dell changed Motherboard, CPU and did all driver and software updates , still the same, simply STAY AWAY FROM DELL, and their Tech Support is in India and they are very un-honest Tech Rep's.

    DELL XPS 9520 random BSOD and memory corruption caused by USB storage access

    I have Windows 11 Pro 22H2 on both of my Dell XPS computers, XPS 8940 desktop and XPS 15 7590 laptop. I haven't had any problems.

    My reason for asking if you had updated to 22H2 is because your computer was listed by Dell as being tested and approved for 22H2.

    Dell XPS 13 9333 - Windows couldnt not complete the installation, to install windows on this computer, please restart the installation

    According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

    You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.
