Windows 10: Dell XPS HDD Replacement - PC Won't Start Up; Can't Get to BIOS

Appreciate any assistance!


I have a Dell XPS that had a HDD failure; ePSA diagnostics returned a code 1042. I then did the following:


1. Replaced the HDD.

2. Downloaded Dell's OS Recovery Tool to build an installation media file USB.

3. Followed directions to reset the new HDD Dell's AssistSupport.

4. Initial steps of download performed fine. Was presented with initial Windows install screens.

5. Prompted to establish internet connection. Successfully connected with personal wifi.

6. Windows proceeded with install; provided message of "We have important <steps to perform>"

7. Walked away for 60-90 minutes and when i returned, there was a black screen.

8. Waited 30 minutes and nothing. Turned PC off.


Now I can't even get the Dell logo to appear. Actually, the monitor doesn't even recognize a signal and never turns on. Keyboard and mouse recognize a signal and their lights flash on. As such, i can't even get to BIOS or UEFI.


Any ideas?

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

my n97 won t charge or connect

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel
