Windows 10: Dell XPS: Laptop struggling to get past Dell screen

Hi Everyone-

Hoping to get some help/insight. My laptop (Dell XPS 13 / Version number 18362.657) has been struggling to turn on for sometime. The screen will light up with the Dell logo, however will not move past that point until I manually shut down & restart.

I've been running some tests through the SupportAssist to make sure everything is okay and during the Hardware Checkup / Stress Test, I got the 'System Tests Were Not Completed Successfully' with an error on Video Card - Intel (R) HD Graphics 630: Transformation and Lighting Stress Test with an abnormal exit. I'm not sure if this is the cause, but I ran a diagnostic test upon rebooting and there were no errors...

If anyone has any insight into what may be wrong, please let me know!

The built-in diagnostic tools on Dell laptop PCs can help you determine if the screen abnormality you are experiencing is an inherent problem with the LCD screen of the Dell laptop PC or with the video card (GPU) and PC settings.



In case of screen abnormalities, it’s recommended to isolate the LCD screen by running the built-in self test. Refer
Run hardware diagnostics on the LCD screen section in the article
How to Troubleshoot Display or Video Issues on
Dell Laptop LCD Panel for the same.



If no screen abnormality is detected in the built-in self test mode, try the other troubleshooting tips suggested in the article

Note:

• Restore points are generated when you install a new app, driver, or Windows update, and when you create
  a restore point manually. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.
  
• Restoring PC to factory defaults will result in data loss. You may take a backup of the data before restoring system to factory defaults.

Is this problem with Dell 5558/9 Laptop Matee screen?

i7 6500u 6th gen
16GB RAM
2TB HDD
4GB Graphics
15.6" FHD Screen
Matte screen
DVD ROM
MAXX Audio

Please suggest me any other laptop which comes closer to this except Dell 5559, i7 and 16GB RAM is must

 

Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 10 stuck on Dell logo screen!!!!

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 10 and it won't advance past the Dell logo screen. The computer turns on, the Dell logo appears for a few seconds, then the screen goes black, and then it does it all over again......the Dell logo appears, and screen
turns black...and on and on.......

I checked a few other forums and removed the battery, removed the power cable, held the power button down, powered it back on, it didn't work. I did a system diagnostic check and it came back good, with no problems.

Help!! Any suggestions?
