Windows 10: Delta Force crashes when I only start a match

The game run fine but then the game crashes only right after I entered a match... I checked the event viewer these 2 errors flagged at the moment of the crash. I tried to reinstall the game again twice but the problem still persists, thanks for the help in advanced.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Delta size too big when creating patches

I'm using WiX to create installers and patches for an application. We previously used a bdiff-based method to create patches, and are able to get comparable results in
WiX which uses Delta patching (specifically mspatchc.dll) (Delta Compression Application Programming Interfaces)

However one particular file has deltas much larger than expected - from an original 100MB file, bdiff will create a
15KB patch, while Delta returns an 18MB patch.

I've raised the issue on the WiX-users mailing list, and feedback from there suggests that the issue might be in Delta itself. Is there anything I can try to reduce the patch size myself, or is this something that needs fixing?
