Windows 10: Denied group policy for a group, but not working

I have a group policy , and need to deny that for a group of people. I created a universal security group and added to delegation- advanced - and allowed read and denied apply group policy. But it not working and the the group policy is still applied to that group of people. Please help.


Please see my GPO settings:

The GPO is applied to entire users and computers, 'Only Authenticated users ' to security filtering. GPO is applied in user configuration .

GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

• Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
  
• Press Windows + R to open Run.
• Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
  

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.

1. May I know, which version of Windows is installed on your computer?
   
2. Is your system connected to Domain network?
   

If you are not on a domain network you can try the troubleshooting steps provided below.



Method 1: Winsock reset.

1. Start your PC in safe mode.
   
2. Once you are on the same mode.
   
3. Search for Command Prompt on the Start Menu.
   
4. Right click and Run as Administrator.
   
5. Type in netsh winsock reset
   on the command prompt and hit enter.
   
6. Reboot the computer and check.

it to a safe location.
