Windows 10: Denied login on outlook

Some strange activity has been detected on my microsoft outlook account and microsoft asked me to verify my identity. However, when I answer these questions the best I can, it is not sufficient to validate and repair my account. Is there anything I can do to fix my account?

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Xbox login ~ denied, can use Guest only

Windows 10 Build 14942 update

Trying to login toXbox, login is Denied, I have tried all the suggested Fix'es and nothing works.

Help anyone?
