Windows 10: Deploy shared printer by GPO not successfull

Dear Experts:In my company, some users have installed printer by IP address assume 192.168.1.10 and the port 192.168.1.10 was occupied. Printer driver also been installed. Others not installed the printer.Now we need to set the printing preference to default 2-sided&BW , so I created a printer server WinSvr2019 -> printer management and add the printer to the server and then "Deploy with Group Policy". And I used a new printer name which is different from the old name.It is actually a simple computer GPO settings: .But in product environment, it is not so good:1. It is working on

Network Printers deployed via GPO to computer randomly stop showing for users

We have had printers deployed via GPO from a print server for several years now. We push the policy to computer not user, so no matter who logins the printer will be there. Suddenly we are having computers randomly not show the printers at the client.
We are all win10 clients on a 08 domain level with a 2012 print server. We are using the generic HP PCL 6 driver, have had no issues until about August when printers randomly show and dont show for user. ex: user A logs on printer shows, may work for muliple
logins and may not. Relogin, reboot of client all have varying effects. We checked our policies, Auth Users have Read, DomainComputers have Read. We have gone through logs and finding typical errors that lead no where. Any others out there have recent issues
with GPO deployed printers?

Use the print management options to set up a group policy. You will either need to set up a print server or install the necessary features on an existing server. This should give each user the correct printer when they log on.

Another option is to use a script. The Prndrvr.vbs command is a Visual Basic script located in the %WINDIR%\System32\Printing_Admin_Scripts\<language> directory. In all seriousness, I have had more issues with Lexmark printers and their shitty drivers then any other manufacturer, HP is a close second though.

However, if you don't want to get a new printer*Laugh :laugh:, and I can understand that, when my Lexmark was giving me the same troubles in Win7(and Vista) I had to make sure the Windows firewall was ON and the firewall service was enabled and running. After I shared it I could re-disable the firewall and firewall services.
