Windows 10: Design Doll Newest Version Won't open, older version gives error.

The most recent DesignDoll update 5.4.2 will not run at all. It will install, but if I click on it to run it, it won't open. I already installed the XNA and DirectX, multiple times. I've cleared out all of the files, restarted, turned off my firewall, allowed it specifically through the firewall, nothing makes the new version run. I get a loading cursor for about 2 seconds, a pause, and another 2 seconds of loading cursor. It doesn't even boot in the background


The older version 5.3 gives me this error code:



I've run multiple versions of this on my computer before this, but haven't recently. Was there a big graphical overhaul or something?

Looking for ATI Winflash older version

I'm trying to find an older version of ATI Winflash. The newest version seems to not like my card, and continues to give me a subsystem mismatch error, even after I change the bios subsystem ID in RBE. Anyone with a link to the older versions of ATI Winflash?

You have to install Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 Refresh

Windows 10 will not let me open Design Doll

Hi, I recently got a new PC with Windows 10 installed on it. Been using a programme called 'Design Doll' on my previous machine that ran 7, and on my personal laptop that also runs 10. Never had a problem with either of them.

Download it on the new machine yesterday, newest version - it won't open. No error messages like the other people who have had this problem. It just refuses to open. Had Windows Defender pop up the once saying 'Publisher is Unknown do you want to run this
anyway' to which I clicked the run anyway because I've paid for this programme in the past, I know it's fine, but nothing happened.

Uninstalled and reinstalled it today, still nothing. No error messages, no programme. Uninstalled, reinstalled, opened as administrator. Again absolutely nothing. Have checked the properties but can't see anything that seemed off, or would mean that my machine
would refuse to open it as suspicious or anything.

I'm getting more than a little frustrated. If there were an error message then I'd at least know where to start looking for a solution but there is absolutely NOTHING.

Can anyone help with this? Please bear in mind, I'm not a very computer savvy person, so please use small words.
