Windows 10: Designations of the operating system

Please clarify, can one determine whether the operating system is a test version based on Windows 11 Pro 64-bit 10.0, Build 22631 22621.ni_release.220506-1250? Can it be considered that ni_release is nothing else but an Insider Preview, i.e., a non-release version?Also, please clarify whether it can be determined if the Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 10.0, Build 19045 19041.vb_release.191206-1406 is a test version or not? And what does vb_release signify?

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Sometimes, this could be due to two operating system installed in your computer. Just to make sure this is not the case, I suggest you to try the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type msconfig and press enter.

3. Click the "boot" tab and check if there are any other operating system listed.

4. In addition, change the timeout time to 3 seconds(default)

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Boot into BIOS on your computer

Step 2: Go into your boot priority list

Step 3: Please select hard drive as first boot priority

Step 4: Save and exit BIOS

Step 5: Reboot



Warning: Be careful when changing BIOS settings. The BIOS interface is designed for advanced users, and it's possible to change a setting that could prevent your computer from starting correctly. Updating BIOS should only be done if necessary (to solve
