    Greetings:

    I have two monitors attached to my Windows 10 desktop PC. One of them has an image burn-in problem, but it's only temporary (it goes away after an hour or so, weird). I'd like to be able to setup a screensaver to run on only that monitor, but after searching, have not found anything to do that. Ideas? TIA!

    I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

    • Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
    • Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
    • Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
    • Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.desire Windows 10 screensaver active on one of two monitors :)

    Hi Tom,

    Since you've already checked the Screen Saver Settings, kindly answer the following question for clarification:

    • Have you tried turning off the second monitor while assigning the screensaver slideshow to the primary monitor?
    • Have you tried disabling and re-enabling the screensaver?

    We also suggest that you make the screensaver slideshow to appear first at the primary monitor properly before troubleshooting with the second monitor.

    Kindly get back to us for clarification.

    No Screensaver after 10 update


    Same issue here: The screensaver and screen off power options don't ever activate, no matter what settings. Even if I lock the system myself (Win+L), it doesn't work.
    Scenario:
    • Windows 10 Pro (upgraded from Win 8.1 Pro)
    • NVidia GeForce with Windows 10 drivers (3x monitors, issue happens when using NVidia surround or multi-monitor)
