Windows 10: Desired Folder deleted from Recycling bin. Can it be retrieved?

Hello. This past week, my iPod had videos missing. I now know that was due to the folder they were in had been moved somehow, and recycled, so when iTunes went to sync, those videos were gone.

They've been gone since Wednesday, but I just realized it was due to the folder tonight, on Friday. I've already deleted recycling a few days ago, unknowing.

I don't have any backups for this folder, and a few of the videos were downloaded from Twitch, so unless someone has their own copies on the streamer's Discord, those videos are now lost.

If there is no hope to salvage the folder, can anyone at least tell me how this happened, as I wouldn't delete the folder on my own, I don't think? This has happened before, but then I saw the folder in time, months ago. Last time it was the folder holding All my videos, but otherwise the same issue.

Windows 10 recycle bin

I deleted a folder to the recycle bin and want to retrieve it. I can't find it in the recycle list. The deleted items list items are not described to give me an option on how to find or retrieve the folder. Not organized alphabetical or by date.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Retrieve deleted files from corrupted recycle bin

I accidentally deleted my inbox.pst, and when i tries to retrieve it from the recycle bin, I cannot access any files there.

After checking this forum and elsewhere on the net, I have concluded that my recycle bin is corrupted, but nearly all the solutions so far suggest to use the command:

rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin

Maybe my recycle bin is reset with this command, but it also deletes the content for ever, and that is critical, and must not happen!

I need to recover the file.

(My backup is too old to help me out with the critical emails lost with this pst file.)

Any suggestions?
