Windows 10: Desk Assure Service Cancellation not working because the website has no option to cancel.

I have been trying to get my Desk Assured billing stopped since it was eliminated by Microsoft.Microsoft web site informed me it would be automatically cancelled when the service was terminated March 2021, but I am still getting billed. They keep telling my bank that they need a cancellation letter, but there is no place to in my account billing to do this. The cancellation option does not exist.I would like to mail it or email it but nowhere is there any information on where to send it.Even though Microsoft said it would automatically cancel my service. I do not want to upgradeand that is t

How do I cancel an upcoming Answer Desk Assure Renewal?

I have received an email regarding up upcoming renewal for Answer Desk Assure. The link supplied does not lead me to where I need to go to cancel.

Does anybody know how to cancel this subscription.

I also got this email and could not remember agreeing to a renewable subscription for "Assure". I was first told that I could cancel the service by going to my Microsoft subscriptions page. There was no listing for Assure on that page, so I called and
got passed around until I connected with someone (foreign) who told me they could cancel the subscription and refund the $134 that had been debited from my account. That was on Jan. 12, 2016, and I'm still waiting for the refund. As straight forward as everything
else is when dealing with Microsoft, I find this whole business very suspicious and confounding. Not sure what step to take next, but a promise is a promise, and I intend to get my money back. I do have a copy of the email they sent after agreeing to cancel
the subscription but it is short on detail and doesn't contain the name of the agent I talked to or a contact email address for further contact. Very suspicious.
