    Desk Top Icons Disappear at regular intervals


    Why do my desk top icons keep changing to generic 'e' symbol rather than the correct symbol representing that web site selected. ie: Pay Pal 'PP' changes to 'e'. The icon disappearance occurs at regular intervals 13/02/20; 24/02/20; 16/03/20 and today 12/04/20. Can you help. John

    Start Menu Icons are All over the Desk top

    Hello , My Start Menu Icons are no longer in the Start Menu Button but All Over the Desk Top... On the Desk Top, Where the Short Cuts and Recycle bin are supposed to Be, there are options to show how these Start menu apps are supposed to be Laid Out.
    along with the Power on and Off Switch..… How do I restore so that all these Icons are hidden back in the Start Menu Button and my Regular Desk top is visible with my regular short cuts Thank You Stephan Hamm

    Windows10 desk top disappeared

    Here is a screen shot of the windows 8 desk top with the icons that my computer reverted back to. The second screen shot is what my desk top changed to when I upgraded to windows 10, this is what disappeared ( I realize I can get this when clicking on
    the windows icon, but before it disappeared, this became my desk top automatically when I logged on to my computer. This is what I want to get back.)

    Desk Top Icons Disappear at regular intervals

    Desk top Icons

    After the last update I noticed that my desk top icons changed locations. I've tried all the suggested fixes and rearranged them three times but every time I boot up, the icons have changed locations . I went as far as to have Geek Squad try to fix the
    problem. They tried for an hour and suggested that I contact you. Went do you plan to issue a fix for this bug???
