Windows 10: Desk top issue or drivers issue ??

Every time I turn my pc on its fine and then I put inmy password to log in but when I login the screen is grey and in the bottom left is says nvidia is not found and needs to be installed from Microsoft store but I can’t do any of that cause my screens just grey I can use short cuts so I used shortcuts to get into files and open up a game and I was running 6 fps when I’m normally running 400 and I’m just a bit concerned and confused on what to do as there is no tech places to go to where I live so any help would be grateful

Graphics Driver Issue after Upgrade from 32 to 64 Bit

Hi Helmet, thanks for the suggestion. I already installed that driver yesterday and it didnt fix the issue. My desk top doesnt have a HDMI output that's why Im using VGA. But I have ordered a VGA converter to HDMI on eBay that plugs into the VGA output at the back of the desk top and sends HDMI to the monitor

It all seems to come back to the graphics driver ?

 

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
