Windows 10: Desktop account in disabled

My desktop froze. Upon rebooting, the desktop entered the recovery mode. I reloaded the Windows 10 operating system from the cloud. The desktop will now boot up to Windows. When I attempt to sign in to the Administrator account the only option, I receive the message "Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator." I can log into my Microsoft account and see the desktop in my profile. I also have the recovery key code. How do I enable my account?

the page where is said account disabled , it also showed a link saying next step is to contact us,
i ran that link and reported the problem, still no reply

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

It'll probably take a while. You still have the videos on your computer I assume?
