Windows 10: Desktop apps doesn’t redirect to browser

Hello!I recently noticed that whenever I click on something within a desktop app that’s supposed to redirect me to a browser, nothing happens. For example, when I got logged out of Spotify on the desktop app I clicked on the login button which was supposed to redirect me to a webpage but it didn’t. Same goes for other apps. Even in settings, I clicked on a link to redirect me for help and it didn’t work. I’m not quite sure when it started to happen, but it’s definitely been more than 3 months. Hopefully it’s not because my laptop is starting to get old. ,:Thank you!

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
